updateError

Updates an existing site's fingerprint workflow status and/or appends a note, returning the saved status. Use the fingerprint MD5 from uniqueErrorList, not an occurrence UUID; missing summaries return an error. Records the acting guest and current time and appends history in the same transaction; omitted status preserves the existing status. Requires errors edit access.
