pageEditorValidateUser

Checks whether a given user can publish a page or version, assigning an unowned editor to that user. Emails the editor owner an access request when the user cannot publish, or sends the user a validation email when they can and the caller is not signed in. Requires a page editor token for the editor, or a logged-in user who owns the editor or can edit the site of the page or version.

Page editor

This operation serves the Crazy Egg page editor. Besides personal access tokens, it accepts the page editor's own credential, and it checks access to the editor, page or site involved.

Arguments

pageEditorValidateUser.versionId ● String scalar

Version UUID from pageEditorGetEditor; required unless pageId is supplied and takes precedence over it.

pageEditorValidateUser.pageId ● String scalar

Page UUID from pageEditorCreatePage or pageEditorGetEditor; required unless versionId is supplied.

pageEditorValidateUser.userId ● Int! non-null scalar

Id of the user whose publishing access is checked.

pageEditorValidateUser.isElectron ● Boolean scalar

Set when the caller is the Electron desktop editor; passed along with any email. Defaults to false.

pageEditorValidateUser.redirect ● String scalar

Optional redirect value passed along with any email.
