Use siteAssetRevisionCreate with type BRAND_GUIDELINES

Creates a brand guidelines revision if expectedRevision matches the latest revision. Unchanged trimmed content returns the existing revision. Prefer siteAssetRevisionCreate with BRAND_GUIDELINES for new clients. Requires a logged-in session and site edit access.
