commitPageThumbnail

Stores the two images uploaded for a capture ticket from pageThumbnails as the site's browser capture of the page and returns its READY thumbnail. Both must be JPEGs of the device's sizes. The ticket is used up even when the images are rejected; look the page up again for a new one. Requires an interactive session of the account the ticket was issued to.
