addonDraftPublish

Publishes and enables the add-on, applying saved draft content and audience together for an already published record. First publication uses current content and primary audience; draft fields are cleared. Refreshes the tracking script after saving; regeneration failure can be reported after publication succeeds. Requires survey edit access or CTA edit access matching the add-on type.
