Resumes accessible stopped snapshots with unexpired dates and visits remaining, excluding A/B test variants and snapshots with a recurring successor. Refreshes the tracking script and returns only changed IDs; use resumeSnapshotsNew for update failure details. Requires snapshot edit access.
