createStripeCustomerSession

Creates a Stripe customer session for an embedded pricing table. Returns clientSecret: null without contacting Stripe when the billing account has no linked Stripe customer; otherwise contacts Stripe to create the session. Use createCustomCheckoutSession for a hosted checkout URL. Requires authentication.
