resumeSnapshotsNew

Resumes eligible stopped snapshots and returns changed IDs plus any individual save failures. Ineligible or inaccessible IDs are skipped without errors; use resumeSnapshots for the legacy response containing only changed IDs. Requires snapshot edit access.

Snapshot IDs from snapshotsList or snapshots; inaccessible or ineligible snapshots may be skipped.
