addSite

Creates a site using the lowercased registrable domain of the URL, enabling session recording and refreshing the tracking script. A missing scheme is added; subdomains belong to the same site, and an existing domain returns an error. Returns the caller's full site list, sorted by name and ID. Requires sites create access.
