Team roles returned by accountUsers and accepted by team mutations; the plan can further limit what each role can use.

Values​

AccountUsersRole.OWNER​

Access to every site plus billing, team, and account settings

AccountUsersRole.READ_ONLY​

Can view data on all or specific sites but cannot make changes

AccountUsersRole.MANAGER​

Can view and edit data on all or specific sites, without billing or team settings access

AccountUsersRole.ACCOUNT_HOLDER​

The account's primary owner, shown only on the ah_0 row; treated as OWNER when sent to team mutations
