Returns, for each requested product area, which actions the caller may take and any quota limits and usage; areas not in the selection are not computed. Check an action's allowed and reason before calling the operation it gates. Shared-link sessions get the resource owner's capabilities with every action except nav, view, csv, json, and summarize denied. Requires a signed-in or shared-link session.
