adPerformanceAdTree

Returns the site's imported ads from enabled connections as a provider account, campaign, ad group, and ad tree whose ids feed the campaignIds, adGroupIds, and adIds filters of adPerformance. Holds at most 2000 ads without pagination and sets truncated when more exist; children sort by name then id. Requires Ad Performance view access.
